Michael is the International Service Manager at Horizon Technology Inc. and has been with the company for 11 years.  In this role, he coordinates with applications, field sales and service, and a network of over 40 international distributors to provide technical support and customer satisfaction to current and prospective customers.

During his tenure at Horizon, he has also served as the Manager of Applications, Service and Technical Support, where he provided pre- and post-sales support for the company’s field sales and service organizations as well as for end users.

Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Westfield State College, with a minor in Chemistry.  To date, he has 15 publications and has authored/co-authored dozens of technical posters and presentations.
