David is the International Service Manager at Horizon Technology Inc. and has been with the company for 9 years. In this role, he coordinates with a network of over 40 international distributors to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. He also assists with hardware and application troubleshooting and delivers product improvement ideas to the product line managers within Horizon. During his tenure at Horizon, he has also served as the Senior Applications and Technical Support Specialist, where he provided pre- and post-sales support for the company’s field sales organization and for end users.
David received his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech and his Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. To date, he has 27 publications and has authored/co-authored dozens of technical posters and presentations.
